The Hacienda is set in 350 acres of its own farmland, on a little knoll half way between the historic towns of Seville and Jerez. Formerly a thriving olive farm, it has been restored and converted into a small intimate owner operated private hideaway, striking a balance between rustic charm and modern sophistication. Deluxe Rooms The bouganvillea-filled courtyard acts as centre stage to the eleven deluxe rooms that are duplex in design; available with a double or twin beds. Each of the galleried bedrooms have a sitting area and a pretty shaded verandah onto the courtyard where breakfast is served. Most have a wide arch leading to a bathroom with bath and separate shower, and are individually decorated with antique furniture and paintings from around the world.
Casitas For something more luxurious and a little more secluded, the hacienda offers 3 spacious casitas (split level thatched cottages) that are the ultimate in rustic chic, situated around a separate garden with a shared private infinity pooland shaded chozita- an ideal spot for breakfast or lunch. Each have a large bedroom, separate living room, bathroom with double basins, bath, large slate-walled shower and separate loo. The casitas also offer a small pantry with mini-bar, plus a galleried siesta zone with personal music system.
restaurant & bars An essential part of the hacienda experience is the simple food made up fresh local products in season. Dinner is served in either the dining room, courtyard or under the sombrajo in the east garden. The various bars around the gardens means one is never far from the renowned hacienda G&T or mojito!
